You have to click the notifications button - it should have a red dot next to it. When you click that a list of things you can manage comes up, one of which is your renewal. Good luck

You need to log on to your account, and then go through the notification you'll find about it attached to your profile.
This explanation may be a bit pants, but that's more of less how it worked for me. Although an ST holder, I kept getting the same message until I found it worked through the notifications.

I can’t remember how I buy the season ticket tickets online. Ticket sight keeps telling me that I need to be a ST holder(which I am).

Iron duke, we can buy extra next wed at 4.00, the last round you could buy an additional two per season ticket.
